The 2023 Foresters Golf Day at Whiteleaf Golf Club, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire took place on a fine and dry day on Thursday 28th September.
Golfers from England, Wales and Scotland competed for the Beacon Bowl which was won by Iwan Parry of Tilhill with 40 points, two points ahead of Russel Matthews. In third place with 36 points was Kevin Penfold of Penfolds Woodland Management.
Iwan’s victory, a year after he was runner-up, means the Beacon Bowl heads to Wales for the first time.
The winning team was Craig Harrison of the Forestry Commission, Iwan Parry and Mike Farrow of Jenkinsons. Nearest the pin was Kevin Penfold.

Next year’s events will take place at Wareham Golf Club, Dorset on Thursday 18 April 2024 and Whiteleaf Golf Club on Thursday 26 September 2024.
