Growing Timber Insurance

The Tilhill insured portfolio covers around £275 million of growing timber.

We offer a single insurance product for woodland owners which provides cover for the Growing Timber in the event of fire and/or storm damage and the Policy has extensions for Property Owner’s Liability, along with consequential damage to forest fences etc.

Further information is given in our Insurance Product Information Document and our full policy document which are available to download. Please contact us if you require a hard copy of the policy sent to you at no additional cost.

If you would like a quotation to insure your forest assets, please contact us.

(Please note that this cover is only available where Tilhill is the forest manager, it is only in exceptional circumstances that we are able to offer cover to other forest owners, following a due diligence visit and review for which there is a £375.00 + VAT fee per property.)
