Clients require valuations for a variety of purposes – typically for probate, for tax planning or as part of a portfolio valuation exercise.
An initial discussion is required to ascertain the purpose of the woodland valuation and background data on the woodland. Following this, background research is completed and the property is inspected by one of our team. Factors affecting the final valuation are noted and included in the report.
The draft report is discussed with the client before the final report is issued.
