Sean Kelly BSc (Hons) MSc, Assistant Forest Manager
Sean’s first contact with Tilhill was as a recent Environmental Science graduate back in 2015, where he was engaged as an outside contractor to assist with site supervision and the rural payments grant system.
After that he undertook occasional work for Tilhill, including a variety of surveys, whilst also gaining experience within the environmental and academic sectors. This included completing an MSc in quantitative ecology alongside working on research projects at the University of Glasgow.
At the prospect of interesting and varied work involving forestry schemes throughout central Scotland, Sean finally joined Tilhill full-time. He hopes he can put his ecological experience and quantitative skill set to good use within the forestry sector.Â
