Experience and Management Roles
Warren joined Tilhill from Forestry
England civils team where he
contract managed the maintenance
works across the Southeast of
England. His role involved inspecting
sites, writing the works specification,
liaising with the contractor to
produce a programme of works and
signing off the completed projects.
Through this work he developed an
excellent working relationship with
contractors and all departments that
were affected by planned works, and
most importantly ensured that
operations were carried out safely
and efficiently to deliver good value
for money.
Prior to this he worked in a team to
maintain the National Conifer
Collection as well as the wider forest
and recreational trails at Bedgebury,
Kent.
